Hon. Okogbe Ojemeh Donald (HDO) is a resilient and proactive legislator serving as Member of the Edo State House of Assembly (EDHA) representing Akoko-Edo Constituency II. Elected in 2023 under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) platform, his term runs from 2023 to 2027.

Known for his commitment to constituency development, Hon. Donald Okogbe has championed numerous initiatives including scholarship programs, community engagement events, and now this comprehensive IT skills empowerment program aimed at equipping the youth with skills for the digital economy.
